I hold a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston Clear Lake. My training encompasses evidence-based methods, such as the Gottman Method for couples therapy, providing practical tools to fortify relationships and navigate conflicts. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR 1 & 2), an impactful approach for addressing trauma and its aftermath.

As an LPC Associate under the supervision of Lacee Lovely (license number #73044), LPC supervisor, I bring both practical experience and a strong academic background to my practice. My focus lies in creating a secure and therapeutic environment for individuals coping with diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship complexities, and personal growth. Guiding individuals through these obstacles brings me immense fulfillment.
